His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of condolences to His Excellency Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, over the victims of the attack on a concert in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.

HM the King expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to President Putin, the Russian people and the families of the victims.
