His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (15) of 2024, amending some provisions of Edict (44) of 2022, regarding the establishment and formation of the Government Land Investment Committee.

The edict stipulates the following:

Article I

Clause (1) of Article (I) of Edict (44) of 2022 regarding the establishment and formation of the Government Land Investment Committee shall be replaced with the following clause:

1- The Undersecretary for Research and Projects at the Prime Minister’s Office as Chairperson.

Article II

Those concerned, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes effect upon its publication.
