The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the Republic of Slovenia’s official recognition of the State of Palestine.

In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom of Bahrain affirmed its support for the positive step towards completing international recognition of the legitimate historical rights of the Palestinian people to freedom, self-determination, and the establishment of their independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
