The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned and denounced the Israeli Security Cabinet’s decision to expand settlements in the occupied West Bank and to legalise five settlement outposts.

A statement by the Foreign Affairs said that the decision was a blatant violation of international law and resolutions of international legitimacy. It added that it was a serious threat to international efforts aimed at establishing just and comprehensive peace in the region by establishing an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
